By entering an event or program organized, produced and/or presented Memoir Agency LLC (the “Program”), you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings of the Program, and any works derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of Memoir Agency LLC, and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights therein. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights and grant irrevocable consent to audio recording, video recording, photography and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of your name, likeness, photographic image, mannerisms, and voice, to be used for any purpose whatsoever and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe and in perpetuity without compensation. You waive all rights to claim any claims for payments or royalties, and waive all rights to inspect or approve any video or photograph, or audio recording taken while attending the Program. 

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release before the Program. If you do not agree to the above terms, you should not attend the Program or otherwise enter the area where the Program is scheduled to occur. Thank you for your cooperation.

By purchasing tickets to Memoir Events, guests understand and agree to the Ticket Policy and Terms & Conditions listed here and have read and understand the information on the Frequently Asked Questions page. All sales are final. No refunds are permitted except for canceled events.  Unless the event is canceled due to inclement weather, we do not offer refunds if guests choose not to attend. No exchanges or cancellations once a purchase is submitted to us. No Refunds will be given to late arrivals or no shows. We are not required to give refunds if a guest tests positive for Covid-19. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner in regard to tickets nor will you dispute or seek a “chargeback” from the credit card company or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets from our ticket site you purchased for Memoir Agency events.

Site safety notice:  Our night time shows are in a dimly lit, large natural environment that includes steps at certain points; and not normally lighted at night. The event includes ramps for wheelchair access as well. Attendees are urged to wear proper footwear and remain attentive of the ground conditions and their surroundings at all times as they enjoy their walk through our events. If you have any concerns or need assistance at any time, please speak to a nearby staff person.
